  1. Frisco Ranch 2021 POOL SEASON REQUIRED POOL DOCUMENTS

    Attention Frisco Ranch Homeowners: ALL Residents that are in good standing (current on dues and paid fines) with the HOA must have the new pool documents submitted. We need to get new updated information to reflect Texas Star since we are no longer with RealManage; ALL pool cards have been deactivated and will not be turned on until the documents have been turned in and your account is in good standing with the HOA.

    ⚠️ Important Announcement From The Little Elm Police Department! ⚠️
    It's a new year! We know, new year, new you and all of that great stuff, so while you're thinking about things you want to do in 2021 and how to make it awesome and all, we wanted to drop a note to remind you that messaging our Facebook page does not replace a 911 call and it is not monitored 24/7.🗣🗣🗣
    And we have a bit of a spoiler alert (😬); our Facebook inbox is mostly handled by our communications team, not police officers. 👀 And while our communications team is FABULOUS (😉💁‍♀️), they are not trained police officers or 911 operators.
    If you have an emergency, CALL 911‼️ We repeat, call 911‼️
    If you need to speak to an officer for a non-emergency situation, you can call 940-349-1600, option 9.

  3. TRASH/BULK/RECYCLING QUESTIONS ANSWERED

    Q:  What day is our trash/recycling day?

    A:  Currently, our trash/bulk days are every Tuesdays.  Our recycling days are EVERY OTHER Tuesday.  

    Q:  How do I dispose of my  live Christmas Tree?  

    A:  Frisco Ranch has bulk services EVERY Tuesday, just set your Christmas tree out on the curb with your trash cans and CWD will pick it up. 
    Frisco Ranch does not follow Little Elm or Frisco's Trash guidelines or services.  We are independent and have our own trash/bulk pick up guidelines that CWD and the Water District Board (Frisco West District) have worked together to bring the best options for Frisco Ranch.

    Q: Why wasn't my trash/recycling wasn't picked up?

    A:  Several factors could have come into play 
    1. were the lids closed completely, overflowing trash cans will not be picked up by CWD  
    2. any cars or other objects blocking access to your cans
    3. were your cans placed out before the trash truck came by (CWD services between 7AM-7PM) make sure to set your cans out Monday after 6PM or 7AM on Tuesday the day of service.
