  2. TRASH/BULK/RECYCLING QUESTIONS ANSWERED

    Q:  What day is our trash/recycling day?

    A:  Currently, our trash/bulk days are every Tuesdays.  Our recycling days are EVERY OTHER Tuesday.  

    Q:  How do I dispose of my  live Christmas Tree?  

    A:  Frisco Ranch has bulk services EVERY Tuesday, just set your Christmas tree out on the curb with your trash cans and CWD will pick it up. 
    Frisco Ranch does not follow Little Elm or Frisco's Trash guidelines or services.  We are independent and have our own trash/bulk pick up guidelines that CWD and the Water District Board (Frisco West District) have worked together to bring the best options for Frisco Ranch.

    Q: Why wasn't my trash/recycling wasn't picked up?

    A:  Several factors could have come into play 
    1. were the lids closed completely, overflowing trash cans will not be picked up by CWD  
    2. any cars or other objects blocking access to your cans
    3. were your cans placed out before the trash truck came by (CWD services between 7AM-7PM) make sure to set your cans out Monday after 6PM or 7AM on Tuesday the day of service.
