Attention Frisco Ranch Homeowners: ALL Residents that are in good standing (current on dues and paid fines) with the HOA must have the new pool documents submitted. We need to get new updated information to reflect Texas Star since we are no longer with RealManage; ALL pool cards have been deactivated and will not be turned on until the documents have been turned in and your account is in good standing with the HOA.
Please note that the ALL 3 documents must be submitted to Texas Star before your card will be set up for you to be able to test it on the pool card testing dates.
PLEASE NOTE ALL HOMEOWNERS/RESIDENTS MUST SUBMIT THESE FORMS TO TEXAS STAR ONLY REGISTERED FRISCO RANCH HOMEOWNERS HAVE ACCESS TO THE DIGITAL VERSION OF THESE FORMS ON THE HOA BOARD WEBSITE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN AT THE POOL AT ALL TIMES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE BANDS OR NEED REPLACEMENTS PLEASE SEE POOL SECURITY FOR REPLACEMENT BANDS.
